Facing constant studio rejections and severe financial strain, Sylvester Stallone fights to star as Rocky Balboa rather than just selling the screenplay. The biographical drama charts his relentless, high-stakes journey to bring the defining underdog story to the big screen on his own terms.
When I first saw this trailer I honestly thought it might be like a parody. I was like wait . . . . . . the movie of Sylvester Stallone writing and playing Rocky? I couldn't help but laugh. That being said - this movie was great. Great acting. Great story. Great details about the whole process of Rocky getting made. Great everything. Very, very enjoyable!
I would definitely recommend people checking this movie out. Thought it was a joke and it ended up being one of my favorite movies of the year probably.
