During the COVID-19 pandemic, a standoff between a small-town sheriff and mayor sparks a powder keg as neighbour is pitted against neighbour in Eddington, N.M.
This is a tough one to review. 2020 was very difficult for me on many levels as well as plenty of other people. It might be too soon for a movie like that that very accurately shows the crazy spirals that things took that year and how 5 years later you can still feel all the changes.
If this movie was going to strike a lot of nerves on a variety of topics to stem from that time then it was an incredibly good movie. But if you are not ready to relive all of the crazy then you should probably steer clear of this movie.
