In the 1950s, young Marty Mauser pursues his dream of becoming a champion table-tennis player.
This was a very well done character drama. I'm not sure how this was a biographical story that was relevant enough that needed to be told but it was very well done. It was done in a way where you are somehow absolutely hating the main character for his selfishness and narcissistic ways but are strangely rooting for him somehow at the same time. Timothee Chalamet did a really great job with this role.
I would recommend people checking this movie out. It's a little bit longer than it probably should have been but it was a really good watch.
