In the glamorous world of New York City, Rebecca Bloomwood (Isla Fisher) is a fun-loving girl who is really good at shopping—a little too good, perhaps. She dreams of working for her favorite fashion magazine, but can't quite get her foot in the door—until ironically, she snags a job as an advice columnist for a financial magazine published by the same company. As her dreams are finally coming true, she goes to ever more hilarious and extreme efforts to keep her past from ruining her future.This might be the worst litmus test failure ever . . . . . and it wasn't even at a theater! I was watching this movie online in my home and couldn't make it 20 minutes in to the movie. This might seriously be the most annoying "chick" flick of all time. It was grossly overacted and over the top and I can pretty much tell you everything that happened in the rest of the movie even though I will never watch the rest of it.
I wouldn't recommend this movie to anyone. Ever. Its just plain painful and a total waste of time.
